We had high hopes when we first opened the program. The interface is clean and intuitive, with large graphical buttons.
We were excited to see that the program also includes a YouTube downloader, and we decided to try that first. We were disappointed to find that no matter which video's URL we entered, the program came back with an error message stating that there was no video on the page.
Next we decided to try some videos. Although some of the conversions worked, choosing WMV as the output type resulted in the end of our video getting cut off. We liked the fact that the program offers batch processing, but we were annoyed that the delete button removes all videos from the batch, not just the ones that are selected. The program's online Help file answers some basic questions but isn't particularly helpful; it didn't address the Youtube downloader at all.
Overall, we were not impressed with this program; it didn't offer anything in the way of features that we hadn't seen many times before. The program installs politely but leaves a folder behind upon removal. We do not particularly recommend this program; there are many better alternatives available. Fast speed, high quality, various video formats, and easy to use are its distinct features.
